Frank serves as President of The Playhouse Foundation, a U.S.-based institution dedicated to expanding access to the infrastructure that drives modern prosperity. The Foundation applies data, energy systems, and strategic partnerships to unlock underutilized industrial capacity, accelerate AI infrastructure development, and create durable pathways for inclusive economic growth across the United States.

Lauren is an Office Design Leader at HKS, where she leads the design of workplace environments and adaptive reuse projects, including award-winning developments like the ProMedica Headquarters. She advises us on shaping the district to feel part of the community and designing an urban environment where AI infrastructure and daily life integrate seamlessly.
Cynthia Faullin
AI Incubator
Cynthia is Associate Director of Operations at EnterpriseWorks, the startup incubator within the University of Illinois Research Park, one of the country’s most respected university-linked innovation hubs for deep tech and commercialization. She advises us on connecting AI labs and anchor partners while helping shape workforce development and innovation programs that can give the district strong research ties and long-term stability.

David is a nonprofit and tax-exempt attorney at Adler & Colvin whose practice focuses on program-related investments, social enterprise, political advocacy, and nonprofit governance. He advises us on structuring philanthropic capital and mission-aligned investment that stays compliant, durable, and built for long-term execution.
